The hotel had a good location, close to the train station where many restaurants were located. the room was a decent size with a private shower and toilet, and the onsite washer/dryer was a plus. the breakfast was quite nice, but lacked options for a western-style meal.
The beds were uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

It was cheap and convenient. It was also clean. No problem.
Like every Japanese business hotel, the room was pretty small.

The rooftop bath is very nice and open until 2am. I had it all to myself when I went late on Saturday night.
I reserved a non-smoking room, but was told this hotel doesn't have any non-smoking rooms. My room smelled HORRIBLE. I had to sleep with the window open and the train tracks are not far so it was noisy. Also the rock-hard bed didn't help, either. When I woke up my lungs felt tight. When I took my pajamas off over my head, it smelled like I'd been in a smoky bar all night! This was after a nice long bath and putting on freshly-washed pajamas. Absolutely disgusting - I've never been in a worse-smelling hotel room in all my life.

I loved how close the hotel was to the train station, which is where lots of restaurants and food options could be found. The size of the room was decent and the private shower and toilet were great. It was also convenient to have a washer/dryer on site. The breakfast was very nice and tasty.
No issues.

The bed was surprisingly large (a double) for such a small room. I also liked the facilities in the room (kettle, fridge, nice tv) and the free breakfast. The hotel is about 5-10 minutes' walk from the shinkansen station.
While it was close to the convention center, it was a fair walk to Hamamatsu's restaurant and bar district.

Good breakfast
Public PC had no MS. Only internet. Old, old PC. Printer was broken. Business people need a printer, this was a big problem for me.

Located near train station and restaurants. Room was decent size with private shower and toilet.
Beds were very hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast options were limited and did not include any recognizable western options.

The hotel had a good location as it was within walking distance to restaurants and shops. it had a convenient onsite washer/dryer to use. Another advantage was the private shower and toilet in the room, which was nice to have.
The beds were very hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep. the breakfast did not offer many options for a Western-style breakfast, leaving me hungry.

Close to train station , clustered restaurants nearby, decent size room, private shower and toilet, convenient onsite washer/dryer, nice breakfast.
Nothing that I didn't like.
